The Embassy is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Go to the Embassy with your valid passport, two ID photos and proof of residence. The card is issued free of charge on the spot or within 48 hours.
Processing time is 4 to 6 weeks from submission of a complete file. We recommend planning ahead.
