It symbolizes the State itself and appears in all public and even private buildings of the Republic of Congo. Head of Government

His Excellency Mr Anatole Collinet Makosso is Prime Minister and Head of Government of the Republic of the Congo. Appointed by the President of the Republic, he leads and coordinates the Government. Under the Constitution of 25 October 2015, he determines, in concert with the Head of State, the Nation’s economic and social policy, is accountable for it before the National Assembly, and presents the Government’s Action Programme. Decrees appointing the Prime Minister and members of the Government are published by the Primature.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Congolese Abroad

His Excellency Mr Constant-Serge Bounda is Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Congolese Abroad. Under the authority of the President of the Republic, the ministry implements Congo's foreign policy, protects nationals in the diaspora and State interests abroad, conducts relations with States and international organisations, negotiates treaties and agreements, and supports the diaspora. The Beijing post reports to this ministry.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People's Republic of China

His Excellency Mr Cyprien Sylvestre MAMINA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, heads the Beijing post. He represents the President of the Republic, protects Congolese nationals in the consular district and conducts political, economic and cultural cooperation with China.
